Negative: Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to share my recent experience with a reservation I made last Friday morning through Booking.com, just a few hours before my family arrived at the property. Upon arrival, my family was shocked to find the place in a very poor condition. The apartment was extremely dirty — including the beds and the floors. Although we contacted the room service and they eventually came to clean, this only happened after our complaint. On the second day, the apartment was properly cleaned, but unfortunately, the first impression was very disappointing. What upset us the most was that we had booked five hours in advance, and my family arrived exhausted, only to be welcomed with such an unpleasant level of cleanliness. Aside from this issue, everything else about the apartment, including the location and facilities, was excellent. However, the initial condition upon check-in was unacceptable and caused great inconvenience to my family.
