1. Booking & Payment

Full payment (or specified deposit) must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: 3:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Valid ID or passport is required at check-in.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate plan chosen (e.g., flexible or non-refundable).
No refunds are provided for no-shows or early departures.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must respect house rules, including noise limits, occupancy limits, and property cleanliness.
Any damage to property, furnishings, or missing items will be charged to the guest.

5. Services & Amenities
Housekeeping is available upon request unless otherwise stated.
Amenities such as Wi-Fi, toiletries, and kitchen appliances are included but may vary by unit.
We strive to maintain all amenities, but temporary unavailability does not constitute grounds for refunds.

Samaya Vacation Homes is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
