Positive: We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Dubai. The property was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, and always helpful, which made our experience even more special. Highly recommended — we would gladly come back again!

Great! Better than expected

Severe Health & Safety Issue – Bed Bugs Found Positive: The villa itself has potential and the layout is spacious. The location was convenient for our plans in Dubai. Negative: Unfortunately, our stay was completely disrupted because we discovered active bed bugs in the bed early in the morning. One of my friends was bitten multiple times and is allergic, which made this a serious health and safety concern. We documented the insects, the bites, and the condition of the room and notified the property manager immediately. The response we received was dismissive and focused on offering a late checkout or discounts on future bookings instead of acknowledging the severity of the issue. The manager also tried to minimize the situation by saying these things “can happen even in 5-star hotels,” and rejected request for compensation. Due to the infestation, we had to check out immediately, sterilize our belongings, and seek assistance from Booking.com. This was not a safe or comfortable stay.
