The Palm Luxury Villa | Pool & Beach Access

Positive: رااائع الدخول سهل والفله جميله جدا والمسبح مشترك يوجد منقذ وهناك دخول خاص لشاطيء Negative: لا شي كل شي رائع

The value of money does not worth staying in such villa. The services are not good and I can stay in better villa with l Positive: Nothing. Negative: The property is not cleaned enough and you can see garbage between sofas. The air conditioning in the kids room is hot and no maintenance was done on the system. The pool is not private and it common for all villas and in the description they said private pool. The pool also is too hot all the time and when we ask the staff they said the cooling system is not working. Some light bulbs are burnt and they did change them until we complained several times and they did not change them all. The lock for balcony doors are not working and it was very dangerous for the kids and they did not fix them until i left.
