Dissapointed! Positive: My experience was ruined by the unhelpful, rude, and negative behavior of the staff, so whatever I liked doesn’t really matter, because overall my experience was spoiled Negative: Extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff, especially Miss Yasmien. The staff here are rude, unwilling to help, and display a shockingly negative attitude. We paid a lot of money to book this accommodation, but unfortunately, the companies managing these villas seem to keep staff without teaching them basic hospitality, and they clearly do no supervision. This is supposed to be a hotel and service industry where the prime purpose is hospitality, yet the staff here do not even understand the meaning of hospitality. I am truly very disappointed. I love this location and the villa itself, but the staff members completely ruin the experience and will stop me from booking this villa again in the future. Next time, I will definitely look for other accommodations.

Positive: Totally accommodating for everything we needed; I had a celebration with about 60 people, all movie industry professionals. I clarified this with the hosts beforehand and they assured me, it was no problem – as long as no neighbours or security complained. We didn't get any issues from security (as this property is not on a frond itself), nor did we get any complaints from any neighbours. Clearly, the host as well as the security were quite used to this – when we checked out, we were met by the people renting it the following day who happen to be shooting a music video with a large professional crew.
