From the inquiry - the staff is Mahmoud he is great in attending to my questions and polite. Next is Yasmine - during the day she managed to call us to further understand what we need. Next is Ms Maria - during check out she's a star in helping us and so accommodating ❤️ I missed to get the names of the 2 hotel staff helping our luggages but they are so helpful and respectful. The reception upon our arrival is Mr. Amir - thank you for your hospitality and prompt assist . I will recommend you as you are all amazing in SAMAYA HOLIDAY HOMES - the room we love it ! My guests were stunned and astonishingly happy 💖 they keep asking more details about you for their plan to have a stay out of their homes. 💪 You deserve 7 stars or more guys!!! You Rock!
