Positive: Rooms and toilets were quite clean and nice design - plenty and i mean plenty of parking spaces that actually fit suv comfortably - supermarket in the same building and small cafteria with affordable prices.
Negative: Air Conditioning was a little bit of weak but thankfully they fixed it in less than 2hr of the complaint -

أخذوها مني وأنا خبرة في فنادق دبي
شقة نظيفة جدا بمعنى الكلمة وأولادي أعجبوا بالشقة فعلا
بها 3 غرف وصالة مع مكان جلوس ومطبخ بكل الادوات
مع امكانية استحدام بركة السباحة وحمام بخار وصالة جيم
