Very good value for money, and excellent customer service. Positive: Relaxed and comfortable. It didn’t have a normal hotel reception, but more like a concierge for a residential block, although when we had a small problem with the shower, the response was superb! We had originally booked somewhere else, which cancelled at the last minute, and Samaya were brilliant, allowing us to check-in within about an hour of booking! Negative: Quite near a really busy road, so did get some traffic noise, and maybe a bedside lamp would have been helpful.
