Luxe One-Bedroom Suite with balcony

Filthy flat and an absolute scam management tries to hit you with fake damage fees upon checkout! Positive: Only the location and the balcony view. Everything else about this stay was a nightmare Negative: The apartment was incredibly dirty upon arrival, poorly maintained, and highly uncomfortable to stay in. Worse, after checkout, the management team tried to scam me by falsely claiming I damaged a television. I worked from home 99% of my stay and never even touched or turned on the TV. They completely ignored my explanation and tried to arbitrarily force an AED 1,900 fee on me without providing any time-stamped proof of the TV working prior to my arrival. They use predatory "management policies" to bully guests into paying for pre-existing issues or internal wear-and-tear. Unprofessional, dirty, and a total scam trap.
